Ravis - Paranormals Book one

Hey guys,

Time for that update on the new book as promised. I haven't done a great deal of work on it because I'm planning on this being my NANOWRIMO project and anyone who has ever done National Novel Writing Month knows that you can only do so much on a book before November and have it qualify. I do however, have a pretty complete outline and I'm designing the book to be a novella. Just 50-70,000 words. So here's a little blurb to tell you a bit about it. Feel free to let me know what you guys think.


When Paranormals announced themselves to the world wasn't so accepting, instead of fighting or withdrawing the Paranormals created their own cities protected by strong walls and magical shielding the only humans allowed inside were mates to Paranormals. Humans who love paranormals or accepted them formed communities on the outside of the walls and things were peaceful. 

Andrya was from a small town, as the only pro-paranormal in an anti-paranormal town she quickly found herself out of house, out of a job and out of a family. Deciding to head to Ravis wasn't spur of the moment but she wanted nothing more than to learn everything she could about paranormals. 

Niklaus Lysenko is a paranormal elite. He hides in his mansion on the hill and avoids contact with all others but when a young human finds her way into Ravis, the first outsider to pass the tests he can't resist offering himself up as her guardian. 

Andrya couldn't believe her luck in being allowed into Ravis, even if there's a slight snag, as a 20 year old she's still considered a child by the Paranormals, she has to choose a foster parent and Niklaus seems to fit the bill. 

The outgoing spontaneous Andrya isn't expecting to feel so at home in the creepy mansion on the hill or feel so comfortable with its reclusive owner. Niklaus isn't expecting to form a friendship with his young ward. When the two form a true friendship, something sacred in Niklaus's race, the face of Ravis will change forever.

Welcome To The World Of Lucia Wys

Welcome to the blog of author Lucia Wys. I'm looking forward to sharing my works with you. I write in numerous genres but primarily focus on Fantasy, Science Fiction, and Paranormal genres such as Paranormal Fantasy and Paranormal Romance. The subjects in my books and stories might be offense to some people. In some cases, they will definitely be highly sexual and may feature everything from Polyamory and Homosexual relationships to BSDM. 

Please make a note of the subject line of the posts and the first lines. I will let everyone know through these two points within the blog that there might be offensive, to some, material in the following text. This will give people ample time to decide that they do not want to read or to continue on. 

You will also find links to several other blogs posted throughout the blog posts on this blog. Some will be for Meghan Bryan. She is one of my alter egos and produces the Cairine Series a wonderful Sci-fi/fantasy series. I will also include from time to time links to Kaya's Book reviews. This is a blog just starting out which is another alter ego of mine. It is strictly for book reviews. Please note you will not find any bad reviews on this site. If the book makes it to the site its because I read it and I enjoyed it enough to want to tell other people about it. 

I am currently working on several titles which will be published under the name of Lucia Wys. The first will be featured in the next upcoming post. 

Just a little bit about me for those curious. I'm a single mother of one. My son Mi-kun is 11. We currently reside in Texas in a multi-generational home with three dogs and one cat.
